My props from today's yoga practice.

1. Constructive Rest (5 min) sending Alexander Technique directions to open pathways of internal flow
2. Developmental movement (5 min) rolling around on the floor to awaken the spine
3. Isometric Holds - (30 min) holding poses for 1-2 minutes each - standing poses, arm balances, malasana squats (using kettlebell for added weight)
4. Headstand (3 min)
5. Supported Backbend over bolster (2 min)
6. Shoulder Stand prep strength work (5 min) 10 reps each: Hip curl-ups with feet on wall - From lying rolling up to plow pose
7. Shoulder Stand on the chair (5 min)
8. Viparita Karani with legs on chair (5 min)
9. Final relaxation (5 min)
